A builders clean isn't one job. Each stage has its own standard, and skipping one is what leaves dust settling back over finished surfaces the week after handover.
Rough clean
Once the trades are largely finished, we clear leftover debris, offcuts and packaging, sweep and vacuum through, and remove bulk dust from floors, ledges and frames so the site is safe and workable for finishing trades.
Detail clean
The heavy pass. Fine construction dust is removed from high surfaces, ceilings, vents, skirtings and cavities; plaster, render, silicone, adhesive, paint and sticker residue is carefully lifted from glass, tiles, joinery and hardware without damaging new finishes.
Final builders clean
The presentation pass before handover. Internal and reachable external glass polished streak-free, all joinery interiors wiped out, tapware and fixtures buffed, floors sealed-surface cleaned or machine scrubbed, and a final walkthrough against a room-by-room checklist.
